U of T
Since 2014, I have been in love with the idea of compositing dreamy architectural imagery. I typically use a photo I've taken of a building that I find particularly beautiful (in this case, Toronto's stunning University of Toronto campus), isolate it in Photoshop (often via pen tool, for full accuracy), and begin layering different cloud images in the background. I do this, adding gradients and different colour overlays in the process, until I achieve the desired effect.
I wanted this particular image to feel light and ethereal.
